What are your hours?

Office hours are typically by appointment only.  Our service hours are 24/7 with limited holiday hours. 

Can I pick the day of the week that I like for cleaning?

Time slots are dependent apon availability. However, we will do our best to accomodate to each individual need.

Does Simply Clean provide carpet cleaning?

No. Unfortunately, this is not a service we currently offer.

Will I have the same team/staff member each visit?

Yes. Any changes are addressed with and approved by the client.

Can I hire my cleaner directly?

No.  Each of our employees sign a contract with us agreeing not to solicit or accept direct employment from any of our clients for a period of two(2) years from the last date that employee last worked for Simply Clean. Also, hiring an employee directly strips that employee of our insurance protection and Simply Clean is removed from any legal obligation with that client.

Can I trust the person coming in to clean my property?

Yes. All of our employees undergo a thorough background check.  We are also insured and bonded.

How can I share my experience?

What if something gets broken?

We will do whatever we can to fix or replace the broken piece of property.  We are insured and bonded so you can rest assured that it will be restored. 

What if my cleaner missed a spot?

If there is anything that you do not like about your cleaning, then give us a call and we will come and fix the mistake free of charge.
