Before service begins, we conduct a walkthrough to clearly define scope, priorities, and scheduling. Any requested modifications or additional services are discussed and approved in advance to maintain transparency and accurate pricing.
We provide recurring service agreements for commercial facilities requiring ongoing weekly or multi-day service. To maintain flexibility while protecting service continuity, agreements operate with a mutual 30-day written notice policy should either party choose to discontinue service.
At this time, we do not offer residential, move-in/move-out, or vacant property cleaning.
