Our commercial services are provided with both quality and price in mind. Our client's satisfaction in both the quality and affordability of our services are extremely important to us. We remain in close contact with our clients and check in often to ensure that all needs are being met. As a business, we understand that budget is important and do all we can to keep our prices fair and competitive. Post Construction
Our post construction services are provided with our client's schedule and safety requirements held at high regard. Rest assured that our post construction service will remove any dirt, dust or debris left behind by the construction company and when we are done, your building will be more than ready for occupation. Our checklists are available to all potential clients prior to job commencement in order to ensure your specific needs are met. Anything not required can be skipped; however, any skipped items will be noted on your workorder at the completion of the job. Any extra items that are not on our checklist must be discussed prior to job commencement. Most extra items can be added to our list; however, adding extra items can increase the price of your cleaning.
*Simply Clean does not give quotes for post construction cleaning. A walk-through must be conducted and at the conclusion of that walk-through we will provide you with an estimate.
Vacant/For Sale
Our vacancy services are provided based on a 50+ itemized checklist and are designed to protect both Property Owners as well as Rental Tenants. We provide a detailed description of the vacancy’s condition, including photos (if requested), upon arrival and note any maintenance issues we notice that may need to be addressed. Our checklists are available to all potential clients prior to job commencement in order to ensure your specific needs are met. Anything not required can be skipped; however, any skipped items will be noted on your workorder at the completion of the job. Any extra items that are not on our checklist must be discussed prior to job commencement. Most extra items can be added to our list; however, adding extra items can increase the price of your cleaning.
Move In/Move Out
Our move in/move out services are very similar to our vacant/for sale services. We follow the same 51-point cleaning checklist for all vacant spaces to ensure the quality and standard of our services. We will also provide a detailed description of the empty unit/home's condition, including photos (upon request) and potential maintenance issues. Our checklists are available to all potential clients prior to job commencment, in order to ensure your specific needs are met. Anything not required can be skipped; however, any skipped items will be noted on your workorder at the completion of the job. Any extra items that are not on our checklist must be discussed prior to job commencement. Most extra items can be added to our list; however, adding extra items can increase the price of your cleaning.
Government Contracts
Our move in/move out services are very similar to our vacant/for sale services. No Long Term Contracts
At Simply Clean we do not believe you should be tied down to a long term contract for a number of reasons. The first being that we believe you should use our services because you trust in the quality service we provide, not because you are stuck with us. Your ability to cancel at any time holds us accountable and motivates us to maintain excellent service. Aside from that, you never know what the future holds and having the ability to adjust your needs as times change will keep your mind at ease.
Instead, we provide our clients with 30-day contracts that ensure you would never have your service program cancelled without notice, while also allowing you to cancel services expeditiously if you choose.

At Simply Clean you can expect nothing but the best products and equipment on the market. Don't worry about homemade diluted solutions when using our company to service your space. High-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) is an efficiency standard of air filter. Filters meeting the HEPA standard must satisfy certain levels of efficiency. Common standards require that a HEPA air filter must remove—from the air that passes through—at least 99.97% of particles. This standard helps us ensure that the air you breathe is safe and clean, putting both you and your employees/tenants at ease.

Simply Clean is an essential professional service customized to meet the needs of your individual facility. Not all business are the same; therefore, it is imperative that we align our goals with yours and create the best plan of action to get your business safe and your staff healthy while looking good all at the same time.
We offer a variety of different scheduling options, whether it be during business hours or outside of your hours of operation. We provide service 24 hours/day, and if you have a high traffic location, we can provide service as many as 7 days/week. If you are smaller location that doesn't need as much attention, we are happy to look at one a week, bi-weekly, or even once a month cleaning.
